Keeping innovation central to brand evolution

Food Innovation Solutions apply cutting-edge knowledge and innovative approaches to the work they do with their clients, and needed a grown up, but fun brand that reflected this culture.

Bringing their logo up-to-date, and introducing a muted but powerful colour pallette, we built a brand platform that gave them a really strong and flexible identity. We commissioned illustrations to support their services and give them a beautiful, bespoke and dynamic look that reflected the personality of the brand and its innovators.

The brand has retained innovation at its heart, bringing a playful visual approach which has evolved and grown as their business has grown and expanded. By continuing to challenge the brand and what it truly stands for we have created a unique visualisation of their innovation.

We’ve been working with We Can for a few years now and they have been instrumental in bringing our brand to life. For each individual requirement they take the time to paint the bigger picture, gaining an understanding not only of what we need as their client, but of the needs of our audience. We worked with an illustrator to generate a set of images to visualise elements of FIS' business, creating a rich visual language for use across many brand elements. Using illustration over photography allowed us to describe innovation in a non-specific way.
