Gala needed a campaign that focused on recruiting managers in the South East region, with a look and feel that sat comfortably alongside their current branding but also stood out as being fresh and exciting in order to appeal to applicants in a competitive market.
We started our approach by forging a campaign strategy which made sure we achieved our objective of recruiting high quality candidates across the SouthEast region. We went on to develop a mini-brand which would appeal to these candidates with a refreshed colour scheme and new hero images which we shot specifically for the campaign. We also built a campaign-specific landing page, created the copy and images for job adverts and company homepages which would feature on job boards such as Total Jobs and Leisure Jobs. We created a social media strategy which was rolled out across all platforms and publicised the campaign.
A significant part of the success of the project was the way in which we worked alongside the recruitment team at Gala to manage and strategise - meaning they could concentrate on their own jobs whilst the campaign ran.
