Gala were opening up their extremely successful Trainee Manager Programme to external candidates for the first time, and needed to communicate the scheme in a clear and attractive way in order to attract the right candidates.
We began by discussing the campaign objectives with the HR team at Gala and making sure that the content we produced would engage with the right candidates. We also met with previous graduates of the scheme and talked to them about their experiences to get a sense of what the main benefits were of the programme, and what the key attractions were. From this, created the original content for the campaign specific landing page, which included quotes, images, photographs, interviews and videos. We created the copy and images for the social media strategy which supported the campaign, as well as writing the targeted job adverts.
