As part of our long-term partnership with GUK, we have built them a fully bespoke digital booking tool designed to streamline their Aviation Meet and Greet service. The digital tool allows them to take customer bookings, from either an individual passenger or a large group travelling together. We've built the tool in a way that means additional services can be added as required.
The clear and concise system allows staff members access to their calendar of bookings with all the details they need to ensure the service they deliver is as smooth, professional and efficient as their customers expect.
The online system is fully integrated with payments, resulting in a much more efficient process; reducing staff paperwork and time spent invoicing or arranging payments. It also incorporates fully flexible email reminders for the passengers and staff to ensure clarity, and easy cancellation and booking editing to reduce last-minute resourcing issues.
