We recently launched a really exciting brand refresh for Northwood Estate Agents, following their aquisition by Belvoir.
We used Northwood customer feedback, and conducted interviews with a number of key franchisees. This insight showed us that Northwood's extensive local knowledge and commitment to going Over and Above for their customers was their point of difference and key to their business.
With over 80 franchisees the rebrand needed a sensitive, cooperative approach, and we spent time talking to and listening to the key franchisees to ensure that the brand would be well received and appropriate for the whole network.
The rebrand project extended from logo refresh and brand colour shift through to the generation of a full suite of assets for the franchisees to access via an online print portal. Brochures, posters, flyers, promotional items and social banners, as well as many other assets, were produced. We commissioned custom illustrations to support poster and flyer campaigns highlighting their services and local knowledge. We created a brand that allowed all 80 franchisees to customise all assets to really bring their local knowledge to life. We also did several days filming and photography on location at Northwood branches and properties to create a suite of visuals to help them tell their story.
